Sport is not an end in itself in this package, but a means of getting to know yourself better. You'll discover how new sporting activities can contribute to personal growth, health and connection with others. Ideal for students who want to get moving and challenge themselves.

What will you do?

You'll take part weekly in various sporting activities from HZ Sport, such as yoga, volleyball, futsal or circuit training. At least five of these sports will be new or less familiar to you. By trying new sports, you'll deliberately step outside your comfort zone. Many activities take place in groups, so you'll also work on collaboration, communication and social engagement. During friendly matches, you'll reflect on your role within a team and on how you connect with others. During evaluation sessions, you'll reflect on your experiences, challenges and how you dealt with them.

What will you learn?

You'll learn to remain determined and patient, even when something feels difficult or uncomfortable. You'll also develop healthy sporting routines and gain greater insight into the effect of exercise on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. You'll strengthen your self-confidence and discover how sport can contribute to personal growth and connection with others.
