This programme is only available if you have already completed one year as a student ambassador. You will build on your existing role and experience. You will not only guide prospective students, but also support fellow students who are new to the student ambassador role in their development. In this way, you combine informing, guiding, and coaching in one meaningful role while further developing yourself as an ambassador for your programme.
What will you do?
You will be actively involved in recruitment activities such as open days, where you engage in conversations with prospective students as well as their influencers—people around them who play a role in their study choice. You will adapt your communication to what each person needs. In addition, you will work closely with other student ambassadors, support them in their role, and provide feedback that helps them grow.
What will you learn?
You will further develop your communication, empathy, and inclusivity skills. In addition, you will learn how to coach, guide, and give constructive feedback in a way that builds confidence. In doing so, you will grow not only as a representative of HZ, but also as someone who helps others become stronger in their role.
