The job market is changing faster than education can keep up. Knowledge of your field alone is no longer enough. In this programme, you will learn how to stand out by observing sharply, recognising trends early, and developing creative solutions to new challenges. Skills that hold their value, wherever your path may lead.

What will you be doing?

Over the course of several weeks, you will actively go out and learn to spot opportunities. Through practical, hands-on assignments you will step outside the classroom: observing your surroundings, exploring trends and developments in society, and investigating where your own interests and talents lie. In doing so, you will not only learn to look more keenly at what is happening around you, you will also discover where your strengths lie.

Sessions are held in English, but you are welcome to work and reflect in Dutch. You will gather observations, photographs, and insights in a digital logbook and receive feedback on these. In the final phase, you will translate your best insights into concrete ideas for improving real-world situations.

What will you learn?

You will learn to observe without judgement and develop a sharper eye for your surroundings. You will discover how to recognise and make sense of trends and changes in society. You will also learn how to turn observations into opportunities and solutions. In addition, you will work on self-awareness: gaining a clearer picture of what drives you and how you think about and engage with the world around you.
