Friendships often develop without us even noticing, you sit next to each other at school, play for the same sports club, or grow up in the same neighbourhood. However, friendships are not always guaranteed. You might move away, or your friends may go to university in another city. As a result, your social circle can suddenly look very different. In this programme, you will discover how to actively build meaningful relationships, both for yourself and for others.

What will you do?

You will take part in activities and exercises that help you become more aware of friendship, connection, and social interaction. You will explore what matters most to you in your relationships with others and how you can take the initiative in building your own network. During the sessions, you will exchange experiences with fellow students and reflect on your own role in social situations. You will practise initiating, maintaining, and strengthening relationships, both within the group and beyond it.

What will you learn?

You will learn how to build and maintain relationships in a thoughtful and appreciative way. You will gain a deeper understanding of your own social needs, patterns, and choices, and discover how to take ownership of your social life.
