What you eat and how you live are more closely connected to nature than you might think. In this programme, you will explore that connection in a practical and personal way. You will spend time outdoors, work with food from nature, and investigate how nutrition, sustainability, and wellbeing influence one another.

What will you do?

Together with fellow students, you will take part in workshops and outdoor activities in natural environments. You will learn skills such as foraging, discover which edible plants and natural ingredients can be found in nature, and prepare healthy meals using local and seasonal products. During the sessions, you will reflect on your own lifestyle and eating habits, exploring how small choices can contribute to a healthier and more sustainable environment.

What will you learn?

You will develop a more conscious understanding of the relationship between nature, food, and sustainability. In addition, you will build healthy routines that support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. You will discover how your choices affect both yourself and your environment, and develop a personal vision of healthy and sustainable living.
