Would you like to work on real-world challenges related to climate and sustainability? In this package, you will work on societal challenges in Zeeland, in collaboration with the Delta Climate Center. You will have the opportunity to develop your own idea or contribute to existing projects.

What will you do?

You will choose a challenge that suits your interests, for example an idea that could make an impact in your neighbourhood or a topic from ongoing research. You can work individually or together with other students and will receive guidance from experts. There is plenty of room to choose your own direction. Through workshops, guest lectures, challenges, and other activities, you will develop ideas and work towards a concrete solution. You will complete the programme with a poster or pitch in which you present your results.

What will you learn?

You will learn how to explore societal challenges and translate them into creative and feasible solutions. You will develop skills such as collaboration, critical thinking, and taking responsibility for your own learning process. In addition, you will discover how your ideas can contribute to a sustainable and future-proof living environment.
