Would you like to become more confident, understand yourself better, and make choices that genuinely reflect who you are? In this programme, you will focus on personal growth, self-awareness, and resilience. You will explore how your behaviour influences yourself, others, and the world around you, and learn how to make more conscious and intentional choices.

What will you do?

Following a joint kick-off session, you will take part in resilience training, learning how to remain confident in challenging situations and how to say "no" without compromising your own values. You will attend a lecture or watch a film on topics such as motivation, perseverance, self-awareness, and personal growth. In addition, you will take responsibility for a project and reflect on the decisions you make throughout the process. You will work independently as well as collaboratively with other students. During reflection sessions, you will give and receive feedback, helping you to develop your reflective skills while learning from one another. At the start of the programme, you will identify an area for your own personal development, and by the end you will map your progress, making your personal growth clearly visible.

What will you learn?

You will develop the skills and self-awareness needed to make better, more authentic decisions for yourself. In doing so, you will grow into someone who not only makes choices that are right for themselves but also understands that personal decisions and behaviour shape the world around them in positive, honest, and respectful ways.
