Fancy getting away from the hustle and bustle, clearing your head and gaining new energy? In this package, you'll step literally into nature. You'll experience what being outdoors does to you and discover how nature can contribute to peace, focus and connection; with yourself, others and your surroundings.

What will you do?

You'll start with a personal coaching conversation in which you determine your goals. After that, you'll head out into nature for three days, including two nights at a special location right in the middle of nature. Here, you'll take part in outdoor activities and discover how sustainable choices work in practice. After the three-day trip, you'll get started with practical hands-on activities. You'll work together on green and sustainable projects, such as greening initiatives or other projects that contribute to a better environment. Throughout, you'll be guided and will link your efforts to your personal goals.

What will you learn?

You'll discover what nature does to your mental and physical wellbeing and how you can make conscious use of this in your daily life. You'll develop greater insight into your role within a sustainable society and learn how you yourself can make an impact. In doing so, you'll not only work on yourself, but also make a concrete contribution to a greener and healthier world.
